How much do you charge for delivery?

UK orders are delivered free of charge by signed-for first class mail. (You can pay a little extra for express delivery if you want your pyjamas sooner.)

International orders within Europe are delivered free of charge if they total £75 or over, or with a £12 delivery charge.

International orders to the US, Canada and Australia are delivered free of charge if they come to £100 or more. Otherwise, there’s a delivery charge of £20.

How soon can you deliver?

At the moment some of our products are only available by pre-order – in those cases, we’ll send them out as soon as we get our hands on them.

For pyjamas that we already have in stock, our standard delivery is by signed-for first class mail, which usually takes 2-3 days. If you want your pyjamas sooner we offer express delivery. This costs £7.50 and means your order will arrive the next day as long as it’s placed before 3pm, Monday to Thursday. If it’s a Friday before 3pm and you want your pyjamas to arrive the next day, weekend express delivery costs £12.50.

All order placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays, so an order placed with express delivery on the weekend would arrive on Tuesday.

Do I have to sign for my pyjamas?

Unless you request otherwise, you’ll need to sign for the package. We understand you can’t be in all the time, so we’re happy to send out packages that don’t need a signature, if you ask us.

Unfortunately, when we do that we’re not able to take responsibility for missing parcels. We hope you understand – we’re still a doll-sized operation!

Do you gift-wrap?

Yes, we offer gift-wrapping at no extra charge. If your order is a gift, make sure you give us the right delivery details – we’d hate to disappoint!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We take all the major credit cards via the SagePay gateway. This means we never see your card details and they are protected (in fact we both are) by SagePay.

We also take PayPal via the PayPal Express facility.

Can I pay over the phone?

Yes, we can take payments over the phone using the Paypal Here app. For your protection, we don’t take card details over the phone.

What happens once I’ve made my order?

You’ll receive an email confirmation from us which will include your invoice. Your order is sent to our warehouse, and if it’s before 3pm Monday to Friday, your pyjamas will be dispatched the same day.

If I make an order from outside the UK, will I have to pay taxes and duty?

All orders shipped by JimblesJimJams are ‘delivery duty unpaid’. This means the prices displayed don’t include any taxes or duties that apply outside the UK. When your pyjamas arrive, you’ll need to pay any import duties, taxes or customs fees that are required by the country you’re shipping to.

Do your prices include VAT?

All the prices for our women’s pyjamas include VAT. The prices for kids’ pyjamas don’t, because VAT doesn’t apply to childrenswear in the UK. Hurrah!

How do I know what size to order?

You can find a size guide for our pyjamas on any of our product pages. Our children’s jim-jams are sized by age, but the measurements are there if you need them. We know that children come in all shapes and sizes – because kids aren’t made in factories (thank goodness).

Can I return or exchange my pyjamas?

Yes. If you need to return your pyjamas, just post them back to us within 14 days of receiving them.

Before returning them, please make sure our jim-jams are in their original condition. This means:

They haven’t been used or washed
They still have all their packaging
They still have all their labels attached

Unfortunately, if they’re not in their original condition, we aren’t able to give you a refund. So do take care of our precious jim-jams when you package them up for return, to make sure they’re not damaged in the post. We recommend that you ask for proof of delivery at the post office, just in case. When we receive pyjamas back that have been damaged or don’t have all their bits and pieces, we have to return them to you at your cost. Eek! Please don’t make us do that…

Of course, if any of our jim-jams are faulty, we’ll refund you in full, including the cost of the return.

When sending out pyjamas you’ve requested as an exchange, we are unfortunately not able to offer free delivery (unless the original pyjamas were faulty).

How do I return or exchange my pyjamas?

Please fill in the returns and exchanges form on the back of your invoice (included with your pyjamas when they arrive) and post it back to us along with the pyjamas, using the returns sticker provided. If the pyjamas were a gift, the person who paid for them will need to do this, as in that case we post the invoice to them. (We think sending the invoice along with the gift feels a little bit… ungifty.)

An extra little note about delivery

Occasionally our deliveries may be affected by an event outside our control. We use Royal Mail, which has a great track record, but weather, strikes and Christmas mail traffic can all contribute to less predictable delivery times. If we need to, we’ll use another mail carrier. Rest assured we’ll do whatever we can to get your packages to you on time.
